The Buffalo Valley is blessed with a variety of singing groups, and some of the best amateur singers in the entire world. Among these is the West Branch Chorus, the local Barbershop Chorus. I used to be able to sing with the boys, so I know whereof I speak when I say nice things about them. They were getting ready for the annual competitions when I shot these pictures, and I am grateful for their indulgence in letting me disturb their routine. Ordinary folks can catch their fine work in May, at their annual show. While I was not using advanced equipment to do the videos, I hope that the beauty of their sound does still come through.
